Vouch
Privacy
Vouch keeps your record on your phone. It has no account and no server, and it does not collect any data.
What Vouch keeps
- Your daily ratings, your notes, the days you mark as a period start, and your safety plan if you write one.
- All of it is stored on your iPhone, inside the app. None of it is sent to us or to anyone else.
What leaves your phone, and only when you choose
- The report. Vouch builds it on your phone. When you tap Send, iOS opens its share sheet and you decide where the PDF goes.
- Exports. CSV and JSON exports go wherever you send them.
- Backups. An encrypted backup is locked with a passphrase you choose. We cannot open it, and we cannot recover a lost passphrase.
- Your iPhone's own backup. If your iPhone backs up to iCloud or a computer, that backup includes Vouch's entries, the same way it includes other apps'.
Links
The buttons to call or text a crisis line open your Phone or Messages app. Links to websites, such as a source on the "What is known" screen, open in your browser. Those services have their own privacy policies.
What Vouch does not do
No analytics, no advertising, no tracking, and no third-party code that collects data.
Deleting your data
Deleting the app deletes everything it kept on your phone. A backup or export you made stays wherever you saved it.
