On your phone. Vouch has no account and no server, so nothing you enter is sent anywhere.
A summary of your last two cycles, the items you rated highest in the days before a period, and three of your notes, which you can change. You read the whole report before you send it.
In Settings, create an encrypted backup and save the file somewhere you can reach from the new phone. On the new phone, open Settings and choose Restore from backup.
It cannot be recovered, and the backup cannot be opened without it. If you still have the old phone, make a new backup with a passphrase you will remember.
